Full Bloom Journey is a 60-minute early evening class that evolves throughout the week to support your energy, mood, and mindset. Designed as a progressive journey, each class blends a different yoga style to help you unwind, re-energize, and root into yourself after the day.

• Monday: Brighten your body and uplift your spirit with an energizing Vinyasa Flow

• Tuesday: Transition into calm with a grounding Vin to Yin sequence (coming soon)

• Wednesday: Align from the inside out with Kundalini Kriya & Meditation

• Thursday: Surrender and open with deep, soulful Yin Yoga

• Friday: Melt into stillness with Restorative Yoga and soft release

Come as you are, return to your breath, and meet yourself fully—this is your invitation to bloom all week long.
